PrinterStudio.com ships worldwide and offers multiple different shipping methods to meet your needs. We carefully package every package leaving our facility before shipping. We use our own specially designed shipping boxes to ensure your order will not be damaged during transit. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and all orders can be tracked via our carriers' websites.
We'll do our best to ensure your product arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and depends on the carriers as well, your orders may arrive after the estimated arrival date. We cannot assume responsibility for circumstances beyond our control, including delays in customs clearance, payment approval, and other related matters. If your order cannot be delivered to you due to unsuccessful attempts to contact or deliver to the recipient, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to arrange a replacement or refund for your order. In such cases, you will need to place a new order.

Every product we sell is fun to play with, long lasting and customizable! Every package leaving our facility is carefully inspected and we guarantee our personalized products to be free of defects and manufacturing errors. If you find any quality issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days and you may return it to us in new unused condition for a full refund or credits. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
There will be no import tax and custom duty issues for shipments to US addresses. There will also be no import tax and custom duty issues for shipments to Australia (on orders of up to 850 excluding shipping costs), Canada (on orders of up to 18 excluding shipping costs), UK (on orders of up to 20 excluding shipping costs) and to EU countries (on orders of up to 300 excluding shipping costs shipped via standard shipping method). For all other international shipments and conditions, recipients are responsible for any custom duty or taxes imposed by that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery, if any. Please check with your local government agency or contact us for more information. If your order cannot be delivered to you due to the following reasons: failure to settle the required tax or tariff payment, or refusal to settle the tax or tariff, we will be unable to arrange a replacement or refund for your order.
You can ship your items to any number of addresses around the world by using our built-in split order function at checkout just above the shipping address area. For example you can choose to split your order of 100 decks of playing cards into 100 orders going to 100 addresses i.e. 1 copy ship to 1 address. Note that you can also import your addresses into our address book using the download and upload CSV template function to save time.
